About the event
PARTICIPANTS PREPARATION & BYO:
~ Drink extra (pure) water for 3 days before, after, and on the day of the event- hydration is key!
~ Comfortable clothes (socks recommended if you feel the cold)
~ Eye pillow/mask (this will make a HUGE difference to your experience)
~ Mat/s to lay on **note the floor is quite firm
~ Cushion for your head
~ Optional blanket to cover you
~ Optional towel for around your head if your hearing is sensitive
~ Optional cushion or rolled up blanket for under your knees
~ Water
